Thursday August 21st:
If you are driving at COTA on Friday you should plan to come in Thursday afternoon/evening. Meals on your own (we will provide local information) See below.
Friday August 22nd:
The event will kickoff with an optional Driving Experience at Circuit of the Americas (COTA). Ferrari of Austin (FoA) is hosting this exclusive activity. The COTA drive experience will have multiple driving tiers to match driver's skills and comfort levels. Estimated event times are 6:30am check-in through noon. Spectators may also join for a fee. FoA has food, drink and amenities planned at COTA

You will need to secure a track inspection for your vehicle before you arrive and before you are allowed into the pits
FoA can help coordinate the mandatory detailed vehicle inspection at a certified location
Alternatively to driving or spectating at COTA, we will also be offering an optional bus trip from our base hotel in San Marcos, Texas to Historic Gruene, Texas with lunch options and a shopping experience. Estimated event times are 10am-2:30pm
We will host an event dinner for all regional participants at award winning San Marcos Restaurants. Buses will transport us from our San Marcos hotel to and from the restaurants.
Saturday August 23rd:
After breakfast at the hotel (incl with your room), we will depart on a Texas Independence drive through Central Texas with an historic stop for lunch and some breaks along the route. Estimated times are 9am - 4pm.
We will gather Saturday evening for a Gala Dinner & Dancing to the band Dysfunkshun Junkshun for all regional participants at the San Marcos Conference Center Ballroom at our hotel.
Sunday August 24th:
Breakfast is included Sunday morning as well.
